Black Hoof's Raw Bar

Up until a year or two ago, I never really enjoyed seafood. It was alway over cooked and/or had too many other flavors competing with it. I like my food simple. I like my ingredients to sing on their own or in harmony. The Hoof's Raw Bar does it perfectly.
