I've never seen the draw towards ramen, I still don't. That's not saying the food here wasn't good, it was great for the price point, I just don't see how ramen is "amazing". For me it was all about the pork buns, ever since my visit to Ssäm bar in New York, I've been craving more of them. I definately got my fill at Noodle Bar, but it felt like something was missing. I don't know if it was the difference of being in Toronto vs NYC, the people I was with when I first had them in NYC, or it being openning night...or maybe a combination of the 3. That said, these buns were still delishious, and I still want more! 

The team at Momofuku Noodle Bar Toronto did a great job openning night, can't wait to see what they can do once they're up on their feet. Will be back again for sure.
