L’Ouvrier Chef Appreciation Night: Nick auf der Mauer
5-course tasting menu ft. food from @PorchettaAndCo's @NickaufderMauer.
Earlier this year L'Ouvrier hostes their third dinner of a series featuring different chefs from all over the city, this night they featured Nick, the owner of Porchetta and Co. $35 for 5 courses, what a deal! Nothing fancy, fried chicken for the main, but man was it some good eats.
Easily my favourite dish of the night. If the whole porchetta sandwich business doesn't work out, I see a future in perogies! So good!
